EdiCa’s Programme Jeunesse creates spaces where francophone and francophile youth can explore their creativity, strengthen their identity, and build confidence in French while engaging with their community.

Our goal To give young people, particularly young French-speaking Caribbean women, the means to express themselves, to identify with the French-speaking world, and to build lasting ties with their community.
Public Speaking Competition - Languages and Heritage 2025
Languages and Heritage 2025 is the first edition of the public speaking competition, launched in collaboration with the University of Alberta Campus Saint-Jean and the Francophone Alberta.
This competition offers young Francophones a unique space to develop their creativity, eloquence and confidence in French, while celebrating the richness of Francophone culture.
Support Journey
Each participant benefits from a unique support program:

5 preparatory workshops led by CSI student mentors and experts

Development of the original text and work on oral performance (diction, confidence, presence, scenic)

Intercultural exchanges to promote the diversity of backgrounds and accents.
